United Soccer Coaches Director of College Programs Rob Kehoe gives an updated summary on the proposal and the next steps before the NCAA votes on the proposal in April. We hear from UCLA Head Women's Coach Amanda Cromwell, who is in favor of the women's game heading the same direction, and Oklahoma State Head Women's Coach Colin Carmichael who thinks maybe we should take a step back and really look at the proposal.
