Caitlin Crosby is an American Actress, Singer, Songwriter and Entrepreneur who started out her career writing songs with Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds in high school and later signed to his label Arista Records. She also appeared on many hit TV shows such as Malcom in the Middle, That 70's Show, 7th Heaven and many more. Along her successful music and acting career, she started a business called "The Giving Keys" which employs people transitioning out of homelessness to make jewelry out of old repurposed keys.

Listen as Andy and Caitlin talk about her journey as an artist and entrepreneur. They dive into finding your passion in life and how important it is to listen to your inner voice, but most importantly when to follow it.
