This week’s featured artist is Frank Gaspar with Buttonwoods Brewing. This marks another first for us as our first guest from Rhode Island and also our first brewery in Rhode Island - bonus points. A private guy who lets us get nosey and creep on his IG too. We take a dive into his story, how he ended up calling RI his home and even a little bit about his day job and other passions. Each label tells a story and is part of a process with the owner of the brewery and has some correlation to the style and series of beers that they are making there. There is a method to the madness. They like to approach each label to make them feel like an album cover. We’ve said it once and will say it again. (NOTE: We don’t know who said it originally) Beer labels are the new album covers. A laid back conversation that dips out of design into email marketing, the top cities of Rhode Island and much more.
