This is time for the best of the best to show up for the college entrance exams. The ‘community’ is being stripped out of community college. Seats will be occupied by students who are the best prepared. Not every student does well on placement tests. More and more studies show that students who are not prepared for even a two year community college, will be redirected into the workforce.
