The contrast between the wicked and the righteous starts with what each one values- the wicked man values godlessness, sin, and scoffing- while the righteous man delights in God's word. God's blessing comes to those who treat as precious the revelation He has given for our instruction and joy.

Questioning God's justice in this world can lead to confusion, because we do not see the whole picture of what He is doing.
