This is the Therapy For Latinx Podcast. I decided to start this podcast for Latinx to be able to tell their own mental health stories. I don’t believe anyone is voiceless, but I do know that not everyone has access to a platform where they can tell their story. Together we'll learn how other Latinx navigate their mental health, what resources are available through mental health organizations, and what practical tools we can use to manage our own mental health.
