Introducing The Short Corner - pods covering interesting, different and fun things related to women's football that fit outside The Far Post's usual programming.

Aish Ravi is the first guest in a series profiling some of the research happening in the women's football space. Aish is the co-founder of the Women's Coaching Association and is currently completing her PhD at Monash University, researching the experiences of women football coaches at the community and elite level. She joins Angela Christian-Wilkes to discuss the project, her own journey moving into and through the coaching space, and the importance of tailored and intersectional approaches to addressing barriers for women coaches. You can find Aish on Twitter at @aish_ravi1.

For this pod, we have partnered with the Gender, Sport and Society Symposium hosted by Griffith University. The symposium will focus on the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup and will take place on July 28th.
