Here at Fad Lads, Chris & Dok challenge themselves to commit to a fad, lifestyle, health regime or mental wellness activity EVERYDAY for a month. It could be a simple as running 3k a day, not eating carbs, meditating for 30min a day, perhaps it's just reading a chapter a of a book or painting for 30 mins a day..
