Hosted by Roger Gracie Black Belt and author of the Black Belt Blueprint, Nicolas Gregoriades, this show features interviews with interesting and accomplished jiu jitsu players and those connected to BJJ. In it we discuss training, philosophy, health, conditioning and many other aspects relating to the jiu jitsu lifestyle.
