Cheryl Brodersen is the wife of Senior Pastor Brian Brodersen of Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa. She is the youngest daughter of Pastor Chuck Smith, who led the Calvary Chapel movement in the 1970s. Cheryl heads the Joyful Life Women’s Ministry, is an author of several books, and hosts the program entitled Today’s Faith on HisChannel.com.
 
Pastor Brian Brodersen is the senior pastor at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa. Born and raised in southern California, Brian came to know the Lord as a young man. He found his way to Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa while under the then senior pastor (and future father-in law), Chuck Smith, who founded the Calvary Chapel movement.
