In the past decade, Its growth has allowed it to tackle bigger projects than ever before, and it is currently spearheading two Mega P3 projects: the largest bundled bridge project delivered under a P3 agreement (PennDOT Major Bridges) and the first green-financed, split delivery, large-scale flood protection resiliency P3 (Fargo-Moorhead Flood Diversion Channel).
