Jasmine Douglas is the founder of Babes on Waves, a community for women of colour in creative and entrepreneurial fields. In just two years, she built a community of over 15,000 members without any investment. Jasmine has won £100k in grants and been featured on billboards in London. She's been recognised as one of GUAP x Adidas 30 Under 30 Black Creatives and has worked with major brands like Nike, ASOS, and Vans. Jasmine also created 'Making Waves,' a yearly festival celebrating women of colour creatives and founders.
