Why is the salary so low if prior experience is so significant? Is generational wealth a deciding factor for the progression of your career? Or are Architects just bad at business? We’re Joined by Part 2 Architectural Designer, Bola Lasisi-Agiri who will help us level the steep hill of the graduate salary.

Bola Lasisi-Agiri is a creative multi-disciplinary designer who is an advocate for working with the community and using emerging technological advancements as part of the participatory design process. He won the Bond Bryan Prize for the best integration of technology and environmental strategies within architectural design at undergraduate level and is working at the renowned international practice, Foster + Partners while undertaking an apprenticeship at Oxford Brookes University. Bola is currently the Director for Tamed Designs and Architectural Assistant at Fosters and Partners.
