As Black History Month comes to an end today we will be discussing a key issue that occurs in practice and pretty much everywhere to be honest and that’s microaggressions and I definitely know we have stories to tell for sure! We will be tapping into recognising them and how one should overcome their biases. “The everyday, subtle, intentional – and oftentimes unintentional – interactions or behaviors that communicate some sort of bias toward historically marginalised groups.” POV: You invite me for work drinks but you know I don’t drink .
