Marina Kamen aka MARINA has battled her weight throughout her life. Marina turned her weight issues into a career helping others with their own weight issues through music, motivation and movement. Marina has written and produced over 1,200 workout programs and fitness workout songs and albums all based on her philosophy of "Never Stop Movin'!". Marina is the 2005 People's Choice Podcast Award winner in the Health and Fitness Category. This was the first year of the awards. Marina also hosted the NYC Podcasting Associations premier meetings at her Times Square recording studios along with her husband Roy Kamen. Together, Marina and Roy were pioneers in the world of Podcasting and lead the pack for Wellness Entertainment with online workouts and workout music programming.
