Dave discusses his college days at FSU and how he earned a Master's degree in Accounting. He takes us on a ride through the cycle of his first job to where he is today. He touches on some of the most important skills and lessons he learned that helped mold him into the person he is today. Dave joined Echo in 2008 and used those skills to assist in making Echo a publicly traded company, helped figure out the "Echo flavor of TL" and build the culture that represents Echo today. He gives his perspective on integrating Echo and Command, what is going very well, what we still need to improve on and how he see's nothing but a bright and prosperous future for Echo.
