Wonder how it would feel like if you had a good relationship with yourself? Wonder if you could build a solid communication structure with yourself too? In this episode, I encourage you to Give Yourself Permission! This means to let yourself fail knowing you can get back up, let yourself drive your own life, and let yourself STRIVE!
Many of us care too much of other people's opinions (ie. SOCIETY). If we devalue those opinions, you can see how much easier it is to navigate your own life on your own terms. This doesn't mean that you have to neglect those around your social circle or your loved ones. This simply means you're aware enough to distinguish constructive feedback from unimportant opinions.
Listen to those around you who truly care and truly love you. This could be your partner, your friends, or your family. But pay very little attention to those seeking to inject negative energy into your life!
