The first sound man to be honoured by Her Majesty the Queen, Jazzie B is a true soul legend. He and friend Daddae started a sound called Jah Rico when they were just 13, playing mainly reggae music; after three years Soul II Soul was created. They were launched into success by landing a gig at the now-legendary Africa Centre in London's Covent Garden, and it wasn't long before the record labels were beating down the proverbial door. Soul II Soul enjoyed early chart success with ”Keep On Moving“ and ”Back To Life,” and picked up a couple of Grammys in 1990. Jazzie was subsequently given the keys to seven cities in the US, and there is even a Soul II Soul day celebrated by die-hard fans on that side of the pond. Accepting his success with Soul II Soul, Jazzie is quite the entrepreneur. He has his own label (Soul II Soul Recordings); has produced a string of remixes for the likes of The Fine Young Cannibals and James Brown (one of his childhood heroes); he's a radio DJ, and he runs his own annual music festival in the Caribbean. From 1985-1989, Jazzie and Soul II Soul would hold what would be regarded as a legendary night at the Africa Centre in Covent Garden. The Soul II Soul track "Fairplay" was recorded there just before the group started to find wider success. The nights at the Africa Centre would be celebrated in the 2003 compilation "Soul II Soul At The Africa Centre". At this time, he would also host a show on then pirate radio station Kiss FM, which would continue through its legal licence and until 1997. From 2009 to 2012, Jazzie B hosted the "Back 2 Life" radio show on BBC London 94.9, which he then bought to Mi-Soul since 2014. Jazzie has produced and remixed tracks for the likes of Incognito, Maxi Priest, James Brown, Kym Mazelle, Cheryl Lynn, Teena Marie, Johnny Gill, Ziggy Marley, Nas, and Destiny's Child. He is a founding director of the Featured Artists Coalition. http://jazzieb.co.uk/…

SKIIM Founder and Creative Director Caroline Sciamma-Massenet began her fashion career in front of the camera. As a model she learnt what women love to wear. 17 years later, as a Stylist with French Vogue and CR Fashion Book, she learnt what women need in their wardrobe. Caroline encourages the SKIIM woman to play with her style, mixing luxury leathers with vintage denims, emerging labels, silk, cotton and wool; to avoid total-looks and build on her own spirit and identity. SKIIM is a fusion of Parisienne chic and London cool, specialising in leather and suede pret-a-porter that is a complimentary essential in a modern woman’s wardrobe. It aims to make her look and feel beautiful, creating pieces that are thoughtfully designed and timeless, evolving and changing with her. Collections are style rather than trend-led, and inspired by the attitude of iconic French cinema and actresses from the 60’s and 70’s with more than a nod to the irreverence and sex appeal of the two era’s. SKIIM works towards supply chain transparency, fair trade and garment longevity. We value freedom, humility, depth and personality. https://www.skiim-london.com/…

Originally from Australia, Donna owns a string of London denim boutiques and runs clinics to help women find jeans that fit. Donna decided to open her own boutique with an emphasis on customer service and advice after experiencing poor service buying jeans in department stores. The first Donna Ida boutique opened in Chelsea in October 2006, the brand growing to include three more boutiques, and an online store. The boutiques stock denim brands, from Citizens of Humanity, 7 for all Mankind, to Stella McCartney, Victoria Beckham and Mih jeans. The Donna Ida denim clinic idea is replicated online with videos of jean fitting advice and a set of resources. The online videos show the process of what jeans go through while being made in the factory. One can see them making the lap creases, sanding and stone washing to give you an insight into what goes into making a denim brand. Donna has been nominated 3 times for Best Womenswear Boutique in the Drapers Awards, as well as listed in the top 50 best boutiques in Britain by The Telegraph…
