The Daily Grind is a documentation of my personal weight loss journey. I use this format to not only keep myself accountable, but to share this physical and mental battle with others that may be in a similar circumstance. My goal is to document every aspect of my weight loss. Not only the good days, but also the bad, painful and discouraging. I DO NOT focus on the number of pounds that I weigh. I believe that it is more important to base your results off of the way that you feel physically and mentally.
