The research done by LinkedIn back in 2018 clearly shows that 66% of all job applicants want to know about the company's work culture during the recruiting/interview process while less than 7% of employers actually focus on culture development. Culture development is sustainable, it increases retention, reduces cost of replacement, and increases productivity. All benefits that perks will not deliver if equally compared.
