In our second installment of the Small Business Starter Kit series - we’re tackling a topic that’s sometimes tricky, sometimes confusing, but ever-present: taxes. Hosts Austin and Jannese have an insightful conversation with entrepreneur Isabella Rosal who started 7th Sky Ventures , an exporter and distributor of craft spirits, beer, and wine. Having lived and worked in two different countries and started a company in a heavily-regulated field, Isabella is no stranger to navigating the paperwork-laden and jargon-infused maze of properly understanding taxes for a newly formed small business. Join us as she shares her story and provides valuable insight into how to tackle your business’ taxes - so they don’t tackle you. On this episode, Pastor Isaac and CJ attempt to shed light on the pressing issues of 2020 such as racism, Social Marxism, and injustice. How can the Gospel be the response Christians give to darkened world? What must the church do? Where must we stand?
You're probably wondering how we managed to record this. Two words Technology and Jesus. On this episode, we share our thoughts, fears, experiences, and encouragement in these pandemic times. Thanks for listening!
Redemption is the overarching story that the Bible highlights, all of it pointing back to the Messiah and King, Jesus Christ. In Connie's story, we see a beautiful redemptive story where the grace and love of God surely brought her out to light. Going through things like familial struggles, church discipline, and relationships, truly God is sovereign and has shown time and time again that He will do whatever He wants to do without our permission.…
As a Christian we are called to "make disciples of all nations." This isn't a call to go on a mission, but is a call to be a missionary in life and in action. For this episode, we get to hear about living out this mission wholeheartedly and what that looks like as Seanthel and Audrey share their experiences.…
For what it's worth, this testimony resembles hope in the rubble, love beyond the confines of life on Earth, and feeling restless in musical words and rhythm. On this episode, you will cry, you will laugh, you will love. It truly shows how much God can change life in an instant and how His sovereignty, no matter how much we can try to understand or comprehend, will continue to stay a beautiful mystery to us. Soli Deo Gloria anyway.…
To those who don't understand, this is Naomi-Nicole Bramer: a published writer and an advocate for mental health. In this episode, we get to hear her story from her point of view and how she wants all to understand, but knows that we cannot. She stands to bring some clarity to us who do not understand, and calls us to patience, just as how God wants us to respond because of the amazing grace and patience that Jesus Christ Himself showed during His lifetime here on earth. Listen in, grab a tea, and enjoy this human's voice of reason, heart, and her story of moving her mountains.…
Dahlias are beautiful flowers that represent dignity. Our next guest for tonight is not a guest at all! Tori is an amazing human being that represents and speaks boldly about mental health and its importance. Listen in and experience her testimony!
Aanddd we are back, you're listening to Ecclesia Arts... wait a second, this is a description post, not the radio show! This show will serve as an update for what Ecclesia Arts Collective has in store! Listen in!
There is beauty with the simplicity of words, especially Bible verses. This man needs no further introduction (though we actually go into detail with his). If you want to hear a redemptive story of hubris to humility, then listen to our Human of Ecclesia Immanuel as we dive deep into science, theology, and why John 11:35 is his favourite verse. This is his story.…
Disney lover, eh? Well, look no further and listen to one of our beloved humans, Corinne. Her story, much like any Disney Princess movie, comes with a lighthearted tale of love, struggle, redemption and victory! The only difference is that she found her triumph in Jesus Christ. So, grab some popcorn, get comfy in your seats, and tune in. This is her story.…
This is a teaser for our new and upcoming project, a series of stories and testimonies called "Humans of Ecclesia." These are stories of Ecclesia Arts Collective artists that want to share their personal story to the world. We believe we all have something to share and testimonies are a glimpse of what God has done in our lives and what He is continually doing in our lives. Our hope is that for each person's story, that God's name is praised, the Gospel is amplified, and His Son Jesus Christ is given all glory. It will be under the banner of "Ecclesia Arts Radio on SPRLiveFM" and you can definitely listen to it on the air on SPRLiveFM when it comes out this July, so stay tuned for that! We are excited to be working with SPRLiveFM and are grateful to have been given this platform. You can find these podcasts on SPRLiveFM.com, or you can find us on Spotify, Google Podcasts, Apple Podcasts, and many other podcasting platforms. So please subscribe, follow us on Instagram @ecclesiaartscollective (spell it out)…
