"Looking Inside" is partly based on a spiritual exercise known as 'hitbodedut' in which one has personal private conversations with God in order to see their true self as God sees them. It involves looking inside ourselves, asking probing questions to unveil the truth - of why we act, speak, and think the way we do, and being bold in taking the necessary steps to improve ourselves, and our relationships with both God and man.
