Welcome to the SportsFit Mums Community: This podcast will Inspire and motivate the sport and exercise loving mums and mums 2 be; to have the confidence in themselves and their bodies to return to what they love doing a much stronger and more conditioner than ever before. Your health and fitness journey do not have to stop in pregnancy as I promise you that can just be the start of a new look you!. In fact that pregnancy is where you are able to change your mindset around becoming a new athlete. Yes even if you do not compete in sport or physical activity you are still an athlete. Why? Athlete = a person who is trained or skilled in exercises, sports, or games requiring physical strength, agility, or stamina. So yes your an athlete! I 100% believe knowledge is power and power give you purpose. So its Its time to create a new purpose for you, Its either to enjoy your fitness in pregnancy or your working towards prehabing your body post baby or even older children to increase your athleticism to continue to exercise and participate in your sport.
