Together, we're redefining what it means, looks and feels like, to be doing "woman's work" in the world today. With confidence and the occasional rant. From boardrooms to studios, kitchens to coding dens, we explore the multifaceted experiences of today's woman, confirming that the new definition of "woman's work" is whatever feels authentic, true, and right for you. We're shedding expectations, setting aside the "shoulds", giving our finger to the "supposed tos". We're torching the old playbook and writing our own rules. Who runs the world? You decide. America is suffering from Collective Trauma and Generational pain. We must stop somewhere. Let it start with you. Perhaps you were chosen for transformation. We can lift ourselves up. The stronger we are, the stronger the world will be. Sis, we are creators - we deserve to live in peace and abundance. But the sad fact is most women have experienced short term or long term trauma in their life. To stop this cycle of abuse we must collectively remember to learn how to master our minds and our emotions with good boundaries.

Welcome to Season 2 | Episode 2: Why do men hate women? This is our last episode for the year and it’s a very frank discussion on the rise of the manosphere, current events and re-traumatizing ourselves. Just look at the stats - women are struggling every day in their homes with domestic violence, trying to work and raise their children often alone, and dealing with impossible expectations of us. Yes, we will tell you what to do to your body but boy we won’t help you when the child is here. Interested in sharing your perspective and wisdom? Sure - the election results came in on election night - but is it over? Has our democracy been handed to a rapist, a Nazi and a corrupt bigot? The real question is - who are you in times of adversity? Who are you during this need for our nation and more importantly our women to stand up and bring sense back to the world - a sense of decency and kindness and a way to care for all? Not just sell out to billionaires and hate each other right? Right? These feelings can create a physical response in the body, manifesting as discomfort or pain in the stomach area. Working through these emotions with practices like meditation, journaling, or therapy can help reduce this pain. If we are unable to think clearly, to express our thoughts and feelings, or if our mind is foggy there is often a disturbance in the Manipūra Chakra. Numerous complaints such as Diabetes, skin diseases, cardio-vascular diseases, Gout, Arthritis, rheumatic diseases, many types of migraines, allergies and many more can trace their origin back to a lack of energy within the Manipūra Chakra and a badly functioning digestive system. In this episode we share the masculine perspective about trauma and healing. I can’t say anyone is done healing..but i can say my partner and I are doing it together. The struggle is real with relationships after abuse and trauma. If you can’t keep a relationship or you make terrible choices choosing lovers and yet you know you need to learn from the patterns we find in our past. Not dwell on them or push them away, but let that go, and to really look at the facts. In this episode we also will talk about the dark parts of us - the parts that grew due to our childhood trauma to recent trauma to PTSD. We are all the dark wolf and the white wolf inside us or some form of darkness - the key is to understand how it impacts our relationships and learning how to balance the light with the dark. We continue our series on healing from trauma by changing our thoughts and our view on self love. In this episode we talk about love and desire after PTSD. How do we reframe our ancestors (when our family may have hurt us)? What is real love? After all that, where does self love fit in? There are so many complexities but in the end unconditional love for yourself is the key to healing yourself and others. And breaking generational curses means honoring our ancestors (Pitru Paksha), great granddaughters and future generations with your own strong boundaries, self love, and acceptance as part of our healing. I recommend you listen to these podcasts in order. Last episodes we discussed the divine feminine and how to make sure you have only supportive people around you. We also discuss the USA election and the recent news of torture, abuse and murder of women in India. In this episode we talk about the importance of mothering ourselves. The voice of your abusers can no longer live rent free in your head. This is the first step to getting your mind back. Being kind to yourself after trauma takes a lifetime of work - but it is the best thing you can do for yourself as you heal.
