Hi, My name is Mark and on May 15, 2023 I weighed in at 341 lbs. For some reason, this was the day I decided to change my life. I’m not 100% sure how but for the first time in my life, I was able to stick to a plan and now, through working on nutrition, movement and, most importantly, mindset I am 248 lbs. I have a lot of work left to do but I have come a long way. I have learned a little and through trail and error I have found a program that works for me. I am almost a year into my journey and I want to share it with you but not just my journey, others as well. Join me as we look at what has worked for me and what has worked for others.
