They also discussed the need for representation from all segments of the community, the need for clarity on what can and cannot be done, and the need to shift taxes to the city council. Robert Macfarlane and Branden Ducharme also discussed the importance of pricing a property competitively in order to attract buyers and get the most money out of a sale. Jeff Watkins then discussed the benefits of having a home warranty. Robert Macfarlane encouraged people to get out and vote on November 21st.
