Randy has spent 16 years coaching specialists in the NFL. Currently with the Baltimore Ravens, Randy has also spent time with the Chicago Bears, and Philadelphia Eagles. Randy is credited with developing Pro Bowl kickers Justin Tucker, Billy Cundiff and David Akers, along with Pro Bowl punters Sam Koch and Todd Sauerbrun. We covered many topics from career experiences, how to handle coaching elite level specialists. as well as sets the record straight with many of the industry's most talked about topics on technique for kickers, punters and long snappers.
