He is a super energetic 2-1/2 year old Australian Cattle Dog Mix who enjoys burning off that energy outdoors! Don’t let his high energy fool you though, as Phillip enjoys the companionship of his human friends as well. Phillip is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered.
