Love is hard. Especially when you’re loving someone who can’t help themselves and may not act like they love you back. I am in no way a professional, but through my experience of being an addict and gaining insight from friends and family, this is my take on how to love an addict and forgive yourself for not being able to save them. Whatever the case may be, watching someone destroy their life and feeling completely helpless is a total punch to the gut. But hopefully after listening, there will be a light at the end of the tunnel for you ❤️
