In this episode, the Catholic and the Heathen cover end of life care and decisions. This is what happens when you get a couple of estate planning lawyers together... We talk about death, of course.
More importantly, we talk about the reasons that your healthcare power of attorney is one of the most estate planning documents you can have. We also talk about the living will and how it can conflict with your healthcare power of attorney.
And, unsurprisingly, we get into the Catholic faith, some Canon Law, and the rules around end of life care.
I'd tell you to enjoy but that could feel like a kind of sick joke. Instead, I hope you listen and learn a thing or two...

Here's the disclaimers, folks...
