5 Perpetual, Perennial, Paradoxical, Problematic Dysfunctions of the Human Condition - Part 5 - The Sublime, Sublimated Absurdity of the Ideal of Imperfectability.
This characterizes the human experience in all times and all places. As growth-oriented beings, we require endless challenges and problems to solve in order to facilitate this. All growth occurs from pursuing an ideal against which we are measuring reality. And once we approach that ideal we see new opportunities for growth, which means that the ideal itself contains the imperfection necessary to facilitate further growth, so the imperfectability itself IS the ideal, and we rely on this truth to provide the opportunity for growth in each and every generation, which is ultimately the overarching, sublime energetic engine that keeps the human species progressing, in all times and all places.
