In this episode I discuss some really helpful tips I use to anchor me into the present moment so that I may be one with whatever I experience. Ironically, I have posted this episode when I need to hear it the most. This weekend has been a busy one with many tasks to get done. Despite that, I feel this sense of joy flowing into my work and a sense of gratitude behind each task at hand. I hope you enjoy!
