In our latest episode we discuss our recent solicitation to this community for the top-of-mind topics related to their human resources for business leaders today. The Results:
Based on the poll results, it seems like “Employee Wellbeing/Engagement” is a significant concern for our community members, with 53% of respondents indicating this topic. However, we also received interest in other areas such as self-leadership strategy and effective work/hybrid reality.
