I came to the realization that I have an unconscious belief system that's often derailing my best laid plans. In this podcast I share how our social beliefs and norms could be causing as to destroy the very social structure we say we want to belief. Dr. Jill Biden has found her very title questioned and the efforts in acquiring a PhD minimized.
We must question these underlying assumptions of who we are so we can reach where we want to go.
