After some research we found out that Exeter City Supporters Trust owns a part share in a fans owns football cub in the USA. We meet Exeter and Chattanooga 'Hooligan' fan (Not a hooligan - that is what they call themselves) , who shares the dramatic growth and development in the US 'Soccer' scene. also explains their relations in German football. Another Exeter fan done good and still getting his football fix.
