A middle school latchkey kid gets home from school in her upscale neighborhood and goes about her routine of talking on the phone, watching TV, and playing her piano. But what she didn't know was that the whole time she was home, someone was there with her, watching and listening to her every move from the second floor. When she went upstairs she would be ambushed and brutally murdered. This year marks the 30th anniversary of no answers and a killer eluding authorities. But that clock might be winding down.
