For more than 20 years, Mike Klein has challenged traditional internal communication practice and thinking in an effort to demonstrate its potential as a differentiator and driver of alignment and performance. As a result, Mike – an MBA graduate of London Business School and a former US political consultant – has a deep understanding of internal dynamics in organisations, communities and markets. He's also one of our profession's movers and shakers and has a real knack for strategy.
In this episode, Mike shares his career journey, working in countries around the world, including Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Great Britain, the Netherlands and the United States, and talks about some of the initiatives he's involved with today.
