Joanna Parsons is a multi-award-winning communication professional and Head of Internal Communication & Culture at Teamwork, in Dublin, Ireland. She is indeed at the top of her game when it comes to internal communication and with her training as a sociologist, she has successfully integrated this expertise into her work, helping organisations thrive through effective communication.

In this episode, Joanna, talks about her role with the Irish Police Force during COVID-19 and how that role demonstrated the value of internal communication to an organisation.
