This week we are joined by retired Police Inspector and Development Officer for the Scottish Violence Reduction Unit, Scott McEwan. Scott joins us tonight to chat to us a bit about his career in the Police to the work he currently does in the SVRU. We ask Scott what teachers can learn from the work carried out in the SRVU and how we can take this into school. We close with Scott's thoughts on the one thing he wish he had known at the start of his career that he now knows to help him deal with certain situations more effectively.
