To mark the launch of WeThe15, the biggest ever human rights movement to represent the world’s 1.2 billion persons with disabilities, International Paralympic Committee (IPC) President Andrew Parsons speaks on the significance of WeThe15.

The first episode in this mini-series of A Winning Mindset: Lessons From The Paralympics, American Paralympic medallist and global advocate for disability rights Anna Johannes speaks in depth with the IPC President on the ground-breaking movement which aims to represent the world’s 1.2 billion persons with disabilities.

"We will use the Paralympic Games as a catalyst, but it is way more than sport. More than one billion persons have a disability, and we want to promote changes in legislation. One in every seven human beings have a disability, and they need to be given an opportunity. Employment, mobility and opportunity. The world needs to change how it treats 15% of it’s population."

Webby and Digiday award-winning podcast, A Winning Mindset: Lessons From The Paralympics, delves into the lives of those at the heart of the Paralympic Movement. Athletes and individuals who have life lessons to educate listeners, and to apply to every single day.
