Sebastian Magenheim, the German wheelchair basketball sensation, takes time away from his new career with Allianz to discuss the importance of being able to adapt to changing roles in life.

Magenheim, who took to the court at the London 2012 Paralympic Games, expresses how his sporting career has prepared him for his current position with Allianz, the Paralympic Insurance Partner who partner with the IPC on A Winning Mindset.
“Sports gave me a really good idea of what I'm capable to do. And this is something I also take to the office. I really appreciate what I have, where I am and I'm looking forward to doing even better and greater things.”
