Digital Twins help us see the intangible process and really come to the "frontlines" as we'll hear from Sally Garrett from NZDF about how creating Digital Twins of current state enabled change through simulation before implementation, to test what would be most efficient and successful for the preferred future state outcomes.
Neil Calvert says, "Its captured in the tool, its not a bunch of sticky notes on a wall – it is captured representing the process straight away"
This gives everyone a single source of the truth and enables every stakeholder to see not just hear the process, removing interpretation mistakes and speeding up successful change with "Evidence based decision making" as Sally refers to it.
