KT Tape Dos and Don'ts | FTM Binding Click Here To Try It 👉 https://amzn.to/2GIUmMb ----- Here’s some KT Tape Do's & Don'ts that I follow for my daily KT Tape binding results: DON’T USE NEW TAPE every day. Change the tape every 3 days. I know this may seem unnatural to leave it on when you shower, but it will leave you with the best results for your skin. If you put on new tape every day the skin WILL tear and become raw making it not only painful but impossible to continue taking over the top of it. To create a buffer between the skin and adhesive you can apply Phillips Milk of Magnesia to the skin prior to taping. Allow to dry, and apply the strips over the top. This can help reduce redness and itchy irritation. Irritation issues have been seen when applying with too much tension. It is difficult for me to say to not overstretch the tape because we are over-stretching by binding with it.
