I'm loving the podcast, Natalie Haynes Stands up for the Classics. The most recent episode is on Eurydice whom Orpheus lost when bringing her up from the Underworld, because he turned back and looked at the last second. I then read the poems on Eurydice by Carol Ann Duffy and H.B. Then came up with a poem of my own, identifying with Orpheus' regret. Maybe he just didn't want Eurydice enough? Then he'd have the excuse, "Well at least I tried."
