A common defense any time a moral issue comes up in the political sphere is that you can't legislate morality because that would somehow be violating the freedom of religion clause in the Bill of Rights. In this episode I outline the impossibility of trying to exclude morality from legislation or trying to separate morality from religion. Neither are possible. Someone's morality has to win, and in a Republic, that should be the majority, but as Christians, we conceded to defeat to a foe with inferior numbers and inferior moral standing. It's time to stand up and make our voices heard.
