The first episode in season two of the Abilities at Work podcast focuses on the Disability Employment Awareness Month (DEAM), which is celebrated in October each year across most of Canada as well as the United States, and was celebrated last month in British Columbia. We place special emphasis on the Light It Up! For NDEAM awareness campaign that was developed by ODEN in Ontario last year and is now being promoted across Canada, from coast to coast to coast.

To talk about DEAM, we’re bringing in Joanna Goode (Executive Director at the Canadian Association for Supported Employment) and Jennette Campbell (Chief Executive Officer at the Ontario Disability Employment Network).
