Supporting peoples understanding of Autism is not always easy. It can be hard for outsiders to understand what Autistic people or families need.
Today on the show a conversation with Kelly Johnson. She is a person with Autism who didn't come to learn about her diagnosis until she had one of her children diagnosed. She has since become a fears advocate for the inclusion of neurodiverse people in the work place. As well as supporting working places she is an author.
