Shadai, a Newark, New Jersey native has always been a creative who excelled in performing arts. Her love for dance led to travel and headline for artists such as Rihana and others. Taking a chance on herself, Bianca participated and won a challenge that catapulted her to hitting ranks within the company and becoming a millionaire by building a team of over 9,000, personally coaching 500.

Bianca Shadai is now a top earner with I-Genius and utilizes her platform to educate others. Shadai can be seen on the docuseries, Million Dollar Hustle, on the Lifetime television network.
