In this week's episode, we talk to Dr. Olen Netteburg, an emergency physician who, along with his wife, Dr. Denae Netteburg, have spent the past ten years in Chad running hospitals and providing care to the people who live there. Recently, they were able to hire additional staff, so took some time to come back to the States. This is the story of part of their time hiking the Appalachian trail with their children, 11, 8, 6, and 4.
