In the second episode of our two-part series on sustainability, we continue to look at how DKI Canada Members are leading the restoration industry with their commitment to reducing, reusing, and recycling. We speak with Laurie Dean, of DKI – Barclay Restorations, about their recycling efforts that are turning waste that can’t otherwise be repurposed, into electricity. We also speak with Andrew Feeney from DKI – Priority Restoration in Winnipeg, about EV research and how electric vehicles are the road to the future. Finally, we speak with Cara Clairman, CEO of Plug ‘n’ Drive, a non-profit focussed on promoting EV use, on some things to consider before going electric.
